Sanjavanimala Vruddha Ashram
Serving the Forgotten with Love and Dignity
Since 2021, Sanjavanimala Vruddha Ashram has opened its doors to hundreds of abandoned elderly citizens—the forgotten, the helpless, the nameless—referred to us by 33 police stations across Nagpur. These are people who society walked past, who slept on cold pavements, who had forgotten what love feels like.
Here, they don’t just survive—they heal. Through natural therapy, compassionate counselling, and unconditional love, every resident is bathed with dignity, fed with care, and treated like family. Miraculous transformations happen within these walls. Patients who couldn’t move learn to walk again with our support. Those who had given up on life rediscover reasons to smile. And for those in their final days, we ensure they leave this world wrapped in peace, not pain—surrounded by love, not loneliness.
17 mentally challenged women, lost for years, have been lovingly rehabilitated and joyfully reunited with families who thought they’d never see them again. Can you imagine that moment? That embrace? That’s what your support creates.

6+ years of self-funded service—not a single government grant, just pure human determination and your precious donations
Strong collaborations with Nagpur Police and social health volunteers who trust us with the city’s most vulnerable
How You Can Become Part of This Miracle
Your compassion, in any form, becomes someone’s tomorrow. Here’s how you can help:
Donate Essentials – Groceries, clothes, medicines, wheelchairs, blankets—everyday items that mean survival for our residents
Adopt a Senior – Support one resident’s monthly or yearly expenses and receive updates on the life you’re sustaining
Volunteer Your Skills – Are you a doctor, counsellor, physiotherapist, or teacher? Offer your time, and watch lives transform
Support Antim Sanskar Seva – Help us perform dignified last rites for abandoned souls who deserve respect in death
Help Us Expand – We turn away so many because we lack space. Help us build a bigger shelter where no one is refused
“Your small act of kindness doesn’t just help someone live—it gives them a reason to live again. In a world that forgot them, you can be the one who remembers.”
